Ordering Online

To order items from our online catalogue follow these easy steps:- Browse the Catalogue
Use the Search Engine or the Browse Menu (located in the banner running across the top of every page) to browse the various sections of our catalogue. - Add an item to your Shopping Basket
When you have found an item you wish to order, use the 'Add to Basket' form located at the bottom of each product page. Enter the quantity you require in the field provided and click on the Add to Basket button. Your Shopping Basket will be displayed with the new item added. - Review your Shopping Basket
Your Shopping Basket lists all items you have added. From this page you have a number of options:- To change the quantity of any item in your basket enter the new quantity in the field provided. Click on Update Basket to re-calculate.
- To delete an item enter a quantity of zero ( 0 ).
- To continue shopping use the Search Engine or the Browse Menu as before. The Shopping Basket will remember what you have added so far.
You can view your current basket contents at any time by clicking on the 'Shopping Basket' link located on the top and bottom of every page. - Order Online
When you are happy with the contents of your basket, please choose one of the following options from the Shopping Basket page:- If you wish to pay online by credit or debit card click on the Secure Order Form button. This will take you to a SSL enabled secure area where you can fill in your delivery and payment details.
- If you wish to pay by credit card but do not wish to send your credit card details over the internet, or if you wish to pay by cheque, bank draft, postal order or electronic bank transfer, click on the Order Form button and enter your delivery details. We will contact you by phone to arrange payment.
If you have any special order requirements please enter them in the 'Comments' field provided. - Order Confirmation
Once you have sent your order you will receive an order confirmation page which will display a unique Order Number. You can query the status of your order by quoting this number in an email to shop@peats.com, or telephone us on +353 1 8727799. You will also receive a confirmation email which will list your complete order details.
